1. Recruitment conditions
① Sailor, mechanic, cook: 18~35 years old;
② Hitchhiker: male or female, 18~28 years old; Height: over 1.60m for women and over 1.70m for men;
③ Junior high school education or above;

2. Employment mode
① After being trained by the Maritime Academy recognized by the state, he obtained the seaman's certificate. Train sailors and mechanics for 3.5 months and other positions for about 45 days;
② All ships are large bulk carriers, large container ships, large oil tankers and luxury cruise ships. All ships are under the supervision of the maritime bureau, and there are no fishing boats.
3. Benefits
