Since 2018, our company has actively carried out friendly cooperation with Rizhao Navigation Engineering Vocational College and other institutions, recruited outstanding young people who are interested in navigation for the former junior and senior high school graduates, and regularly trained high-quality navigation professionals at fixed points, so as to actively adapt to the rapid development of the navigation industry at home and abroad and the comprehensive development needs of relevant talents. 2、 Professional introduction
1. Nautical technology
The twenty-firstcentury is the century of the ocean. With the implementation of China's "the Belt and Road" strategy, there is an increasing shortage of senior navigation technical personnel. The navigation specialty has become a very popular specialty, and its competitiveness is becoming stronger and stronger.
Training objectives: to cultivate senior marine technical talents who have the knowledge of marine ship driving and ship transportation management, can engage in marine ship driving and operation management in various enterprises and institutions of marine transportation, and meet the requirements of international and national marine ship crew competency standards.
Employment direction: mainly engaged in ship navigation, maritime affairs management, port pilots and other work in shipping units such as shipping, pilotage, port administration and rescue.
2. Marine Engineering Technology
The world is so big, I want to see it! A special specialty of the national "the Belt and Road" strategy, traveling in the sea, across five continents, and realizing the dream of traveling around the world.
Training objectives: to cultivate senior marine technical personnel who have mastered the mechanical principle, engine system and other knowledge, can engage in engine operation, maintenance and ship supervision in various enterprises and institutions of marine transportation, and have the qualification of ship engine.
Employment direction: mainly engaged in engine management, maintenance management, ship repair and other work for Chinese and foreign shipping companies.
3. International Cruise crew management

Major introduction: this major is designed to meet the needs of front-line positions such as catering, guest rooms, front desk, recreation, business center and duty-free shops in international luxury cruise ships and high star hotels; High quality technical skilled talents who master the necessary management theoretical knowledge and core skills of passenger service for the international cruise crew management specialty.
Employment direction: mainly for well-known cruise companies at home and abroad, engaged in cruise service and management, foreign-related tourism, foreign-related hotel work, etc.
4. Port and shipping management
Based on navigation, connecting the world, and in the form of global economic integration, it is known as the global gold collar industry.
Training objectives: this major aims to cultivate high-quality technical talents who master the core skills of formulating international large-scale and various types of ship berthing plans, ship stowage plans, import and export container storage plans, voyage plans, etc., have the ability to engage in port and shipping management posts, and have good professional ethics and professionalism.
Employment direction: mainly for transportation management departments, various port companies, shipping companies, international freight and shipping agencies, logistics companies, storage and transportation departments of production or circulation enterprises, manufacturing enterprises, international trade and other fields.
3、 Corporate commitment
Upon enrollment, a training and employment agreement is signed. Students who have passed the examination and obtained relevant vocational skill certificates and academic certificates, and who have passed the actual assessment of the ordering enterprise, can obtain employment in the ordering enterprise according to the agreement, sign a formal labor contract and pay five insurances and one fund.
